• Use of Services: You agree to use Boxy Services for lawful purposes only and agree not to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.
• Package Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that all items being delivered are legally permissible and properly packaged. Boxy reserves the right to refuse any deliveries that violate applicable laws.

4. Payment Terms

• Fees: You agree to pay for the delivery services as per the rates displayed in the Boxy app. All payments are processed via third-party payment providers.
• No Storage of Payment Information: Boxy does not store any payment or credit card information. All such data is processed by third-party payment processors.

5. Delivery & Tracking

• Delivery Information: The sender and recipient must provide accurate delivery details. Boxy will use third-party delivery providers to handle deliveries.
• Tracking: Boxy offers real-time tracking features. You can track your deliveries through the Boxy app or via a unique URL.

6. Limitation of Liability

Boxy does not guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events. Boxy’s liability for any damages, loss of goods, or delays is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using Boxy’s services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with this policy.

8. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities. You can close your account by contacting Boxy customer support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Boxy Services, including logos, designs, text, and other materials, is the property of Boxy Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law
